While it is quite possible to get into great shape just using body-weight exercises, it can be useful to introduce some basic workout equipment into your kickboxing workout routines, and it won’t break the bank.
One reason is that it will create more variety in your training, meaning you are less likely to get bored or demotivated. You will also find that you will be able to get better results by using particular pieces of equipment in your workouts.
While you may not ‘need’ any workout equipment, considering the low cost of many of the most useful items it can prove very worthwhile. Click the image for more information.

Resistance Bands
Resistance bands are becoming more and more popular, as they give good results, are inexpensive and are good for when you have to travel. They come in different levels of resistance and you can get them in a set, which will often include accessories for attaching them to doors etc and often a DVD too. When bought in sets, the bands can usually be combined.
